Travel Fees
$0.80/km fees for all locations that has more than 15km from Fernie, v0b 1m1
Cancellation Policy
Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule and we do not hear from you before then, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
Drone & Weather Policy
Drone footage is weather dependent and cannot be flown in rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. If weather prevents us from flying on the day of your shoot, we'll proceed with the rest of the shoot as scheduled and apply a $100 credit to your invoice in place of the aerial footage.
If you'd prefer to reschedule instead to capture drone footage, the new date will be treated as a separate booking and charged at regular price.
Payment Methods
Etransfer or direct deposit (15 days after receipt of the invoice.)
Copyright & License
All photography and videography products listed on this page come with one non-transferable license which allows you to use the photography, videography, and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing a residential property for rent or sale.
The term of each license, where the property is or will be listed for sale with a professional real estate agent, will be for the term of the corresponding listing agreement. If the listing agreement expires or is cancelled, so shall the usage license. In the event that a new listing agreement is entered into by the same real estate agent and same property owner, the usage license term shall also be automatically renewed.
The term of the license, where the property is for sale by owner, will last until the sale is completed, or until the listing is cancelled or expires, whichever comes first.
For properties marketed for rent, whether by the owner or their agent, the license will remain valid for the duration of the property's use as a rental, regardless of individual tenancy changes, and will end only if the property is sold or ownership otherwise changes.
All photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Ascent Visuals.
Licenses are not transferable in any form. If a third party, such as another realtor, builder, or stager, wishes to use this media, a separate license must be purchased.
